After receiving your payment, we send you an SMS and/or a confirmation mail, followed by your voucher which you receive with 2 hours of making payment. On the day of journey, you will get the cab details through SMS at least 4 hours before the travel.

Your payments are processed through CC Avenue Payment Gateway which is Verisign certified. CC Avenue, will send your payment to the respective financial institution and as you wait a processing screen is displayed. You cannot cancel the payment at this stage. You will normally receive an approved or declined response from your financial institution within 45 to 60 seconds. If your payment is successful, you will be informed that your payment has been accepted. If your payment is unsuccessful, the service will inform you why your financial institution has declined your payment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Cash and Net Banking.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the reservation# that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.

Preparation

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable

Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.

Refund

Yes, you can cancel a booking. Bookings can be cancelled online 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. If the cancellation is within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up time, we request you to call the customer support centre for the same. Please note that cancellation charges apply as per our cancellation policy outlined below.

  • If you cancel 48 hours prior or more than the pick-up time, no cancellation fee will be charged
  • If you cancel 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 20% of the booked amount will be deducted
  • If you cancel within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund
  • The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests entertained
  • The amount will be refunded within 10 business days

In case of a no show by the operator, we request you to kindly mail us the details of your booking along with the Booking Reference number to mail@bluebirdtravels.in and we will refund the entire advance collected to you. However, since this process is to be initiated via our payment gateway and associated financial institutions, the refund will reflect in your card/account in 10 working days. In case you don’t receive the refund in 10 working days, pls mail us at mail@bluebirdtravels.in or call us on 91 984 620 2053. In all other cases where you make a cancellation online, the refund will reflect in your account/card in 10 working days.

We try our best to ensure our partners reach our customers on time. But in case of delays, do call us and we will help you out by either providing an alternate vehicle or giving you a full refund.

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed provision of cabs. Reservations help us determine the number of cabs we need to ensure that our customers remain manageable and enjoyable.  Without reservation cabs are subject to availability.

You can book a cab:

  • For Airport transfers
  • For travelling within your city (for full day or half day)
  • For travelling to another city/outstation (for one way or round-trip)
  • For traveling to multiple cities (package trip)

You must call 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 72 hours you will assess a $35 termination fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up.
